  1. Would covering one side of the self emptying vent fix the issue? That way the trash goes one way? Well be cool if someone experiment with it

  2. Love these videos! Can someone please provide a recommendation for me? Our house is only around 1200 sq ft without carpet. We have laminate floors with 3 cats, one of which is long haired (still a kitten so not shedding YET!). We also have 2 rabbits in their own room, so their hair does occasionally float around the house. I also have very long, wavy hair that loves to wrap! I use a shark vertex cordless and absolutely LOVE it, but now I am looking for a premium, self emptying, robot vacuum!

  3. I’m troubled with your Shark evaluation. There seems to be a disconnect with you and a concensous of poor performance still to this day. You ding Ecovacs for so-so reviews but fail to mention that Shark has very negative reviews on what they claim to fixed. I can attest as a shark owner that it had major problems still and is sometimes straight unusable and best unreliable.

  4. Just bought the shark rv 1000s from Costco, but they call it the ur100s. I know they sometimes switch the model numbers around to identify thier items, but it also confuses the consumer. I even thought I'd purchased the older unit till I got it home and inside was the RV1000s..
Thanks for an awesome video and clearing things up for me.

  5. Super professionnal thank U. I have try the neat D8 it s a shit !! Expensive, the data interface on the phone is ridiculous vs I roobot ! What do you recommand me to buy !

  6. You need to include more about Alexa controls for your vacuums. Thats what it’s all about now a days.

  7. I’ve had a Roomba 960 for many years now and I love it. I was going to upgrade to the s9+ but I’ve seen soo many bad reviews on bestbuys website. Many people are getting error codes and having to send the robot back. I noticed the s9+ was out of stock for a while recently maybe they are trying to fix it. Anyway, I purchased a Dyson V15 instead (which I absolutely love!). I’ll keep using my Roomba 960 and maybe I’ll wait til the next generation robots come out. Thanks for the video!

  8. Aside from its effectiveness in sucking up dirt into the bin, the only thing that will entice me from buying an auto-emptying robot vacuum is if it's bagless. 1) I am not interested in forking over more money on a regular basis when I have already spent upwards of $1K to buy the vacuum and still have to constantly spend money to change pretty much everything on them like on a Roborock (my only pet peeve with them) and 2) it's environmentally unfriendly. I mean it's a great step forward to use bagless dust bin on these robotic vacuum cleaners and it just seems to be a giant step backwards to now have to use non-recyclable and non-biodegradable bags. Hope Roborock is considering this when they are trying to come out with their auto-emptying bins.

And what's even better, instead of making it as an auto-emptying bin, they should make the bin to be self-composting considering 90%+ of the content in the vacuum dust bin will be dust and hair which are both compostable. And composting will be able to convert these contents into energy that will serve as backup power for the vacuum so it won't need to be charged as much. The rest that cannot be composted can just stay in the bin and be emptied out later.

  9. Just bought the shark and the app is not ready for market. The app continuously drops maps and robots. I’m returning mine in the next few days.

  10. I wish there was a home base upgrade for the low cost roomba's.
Something to give the base more range. Would help so much with roomba finding its way back.

  11. Important to remember that the wall blocker from Roomba works with the i3+
So for little money you can control a line or radius to avoid that Roomba to go where you don't want to.

  12. I have the T8 plus. I gave one dog, it's been unable to auto empty once successfully. It's been really frustering, as I've had to empty it by hand everytime defeating the purpose of an auto empty bin purchase.

  13. Disposal bags are just nonesense. They're expensive, bad for the environment and the product is useless when they stop selling those bags in the future. For this reason I'm gonna wait for the roborock cleaning dock, which doesn't need bags.

  14. I've been getting a lot of ads for the neatsvor s600. Do you have any reviews on this brand?
